Restaurants have been running on a broken operating stack: dozens of tools stitched together with spreadsheets and guesswork. That means hundreds of manual hours a month on counting, ordering, scheduling and payroll, preventable food waste and stockouts, and labor overruns from unoptimized schedules.
We build Remy, an agent that learns a restaurant's back of house and keeps it running. It forecasts demand for every menu item, tracks inventory from delivery to shelf, turns forecasts into prep sheets, compares vendors and places orders, builds schedules around expected demand, and ingests invoices to keep pricing current. Inventory, labor, finance and intelligence in one system, so teams get their time back for hospitality.
