We're hiring
Build the robots doing real physical work.
OS3 designs and trains US-built semi-humanoid robots in San Francisco. Our bimanual mobile robot is deployed in hospitality today, and we are looking for people to help build what comes next.
Open roles
1 open roleThe body and the brain, designed together
OS3 builds a bimanual mobile robot for physical labor, designed and trained in house. That means 22 degrees of freedom on actuators we build ourselves, 150,000 hours of video pretraining, and more than 2,000 real-world tasks. A new task takes 2 to 4 hours of demonstrations.
Our first application is hospitality, run by OS3 and available to hotels for as low as $2.50/hour. We also ship developer units so other teams can build on the same platform we use in the field.
We are built in San Francisco and backed by Y Combinator. The work is hardware and intelligence at the same time, which is why we design the body and the brain together.
-
We build our own hardware
The actuators in our robot are ours. When something needs to work differently, we change the part rather than work around it.
-
Deployed, not demoed
Our robot is in the field doing hospitality work today. Real deployments set the bar for what we ship.
-
Open to partners
We put the same platform we use in the field into other teams' hands, because we cannot build every application ourselves.
Open roles
Come build with us
We have a Mechanical Design Engineer role open in San Francisco for robot parts and enclosures. If that is your work, we would like to hear from you.
