Tsenta is a transparent agent for job applications, backed by Y Combinator. We watch 50,000+ career pages across Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and 15+ more applicant tracking systems, so a fitting role reaches the candidate while recruiters are still reading the first hundred applications.
The product runs in four stages: find, prep, apply, track. It reads the job description, rewrites resume bullets against it, keeps the materials ATS-safe, fills every field including the open-ended questions, and then routes recruiter replies back to the right application so status moves on its own.
We ship across a lot of surfaces: web, mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play, iMessage, WhatsApp, a Chrome extension, and MCP / CLI. As a founding engineer, you will own large parts of that surface area.

Every change we make to a resume or an answer is shown to the user before it goes out. We publish an AI disclosure and we keep approval in the user's hands.
