Founded in 2017 as a spin-out from the University of Oxford, Ultromics develops AI-powered software for echocardiogram analysis to aid cardiovascular disease diagnosis. Its flagship EchoGo® platform is a cloud-based SaaS system that uses machine learning to detect heart conditions such as heart failure (HFpEF) and cardiac amyloidosis from routine echocardiograms. The technology is FDA-cleared and Medicare-reimbursed, and is deployed in partnership with leading healthcare institutions including the NHS and Mayo Clinic.
