It operates as India’s licensed Public Data Office Aggregator (PDOA) under the government’s PM-WANI initiative, aggregating surplus bandwidth from local operators and redistributing it affordably. The platform supports pay-as-you-go usage, allowing hosts to earn while often eliminating their own internet costs.
