About Xealth
Xealth is a digital health platform, spun out of Providence health system in 2017, that enables healthcare teams to integrate, prescribe, and monitor digital health tools—such as apps, connected devices, and educational content—directly within electronic health records (EHRs). The platform acts as a care orchestration layer, allowing clinicians to order and deliver digital health prescriptions as easily as medications, while patients access them through their provider's portal. Xealth was acquired by Samsung Electronics in 2025 to advance connected care at scale.
