Cyril Gorlla

Left graduate studies at age 23 to co-found CTGT. Endowed Chair's Fellow at UC San Diego (Halıcıoğlu Data Science Institute); work on efficient AI training was presented at ICLR. Collaborated with Intel on ML telemetry deployed on 8M+ CPUs. Named one of 12 '2022 Shining Stars' at UCSD; Ivory Bridges Fellow; Nordson Leadership Scholar. Research advised by ACM and Amazon Fellow Mikhail Belkin at UCSD. Also did research at Stanford. The company name 'CTGT' is derived from the initials of both founders (Cyril and Trevor). Spoke at MIT Imagination in Action AI Summit (April 2026) alongside Marc Benioff and Aleksander Madry.

Trevor Tuttle

Built hyperscale distributed systems for large machine learning workloads at MLsys@UCSD. Worked in Technical Support at UC San Diego Health. Co-founded CTGT with Gorlla after meeting at UCSD as classmates. Formerly held the title of CTO; as of March 2026 his title is Co-Founder & Head of Solutions Engineering.
