Founded by Dominik Helmreich (CEO) and Oliver (CTO), the company was born from a simple observation: large organizations pour enormous sums into offshore teams doing repetitive computer work like clicking through applications, entering data, processing claims, and completing workflows. Clicks replaces that work with AI agents that operate around the clock at a fraction of the cost.
The company started in recruiting automation, reaching half a million in revenue, and has since expanded into larger verticals primarily healthcare (claims, eligibility, prior auth, data entry, reconciliation) and lending/insurance (finance workflows). The platform is now live with enterprises in 50+ countries with six-figure contracts, targeting the $300B+ BPO market.
Clicks is backed by Y Combinator (Fall 2025 batch), 20VC, Fly Ventures, and Yellow, with over $4M raised. The team is small (8 people), intense, and moves fast everyone is in the office 5+ days a week, working long hours with a startup mentality.
