Charlie Holtz

Charlie co-founded Conductor (operating as Melty Labs) with Jackson de Campos, whom he met playing Ultimate Frisbee at Brown University. He previously worked as a Hacker in Residence / Engineer at Replicate (YC S20), where he led growth initiatives reaching millions of users. Before that, he was a Quantitative Developer at Point72 on a cognitive and decision sciences research team. Known in the developer community for building viral AI experiments, including an AI tool described as having 'accidentally struck fear into the heart of Hollywood.'

Omid Mogasemi

Joined Conductor (Melty Labs) as a Founding Engineer in June 2025, after three years at Netflix on the Machine Learning Platform team, where he worked on Polynote (open-source polyglot notebook) and Dagobah (internal ML model training orchestration system in Clojure/TypeScript). Co-founded CodeLab (a student-run software agency at UC Davis) and Komma. Holds concurrent role at Anthropic starting February 2026 building Claude Code. Full-stack fluency in TypeScript, React, Clojure, and Scala.

Jackson de Campos

Jackson co-founded Conductor after leaving Netflix, where he worked as a Software Engineer on ML Infrastructure scaling inference for video understanding models across Netflix's catalog. He also interned at Amazon twice (2020–2021). He runs the personal site jdecampos.com and describes Conductor as feeling like 'an elite sports team.' He is a member of Founders Pledge.

Guillaume Sabran

Created cmd, an AI coding tool that brought AI assistance into Xcode for iOS/macOS development. Previously spent 6 years as a Staff Engineer at Airbnb managing the iOS Platform team. Was one of Conductor's earliest power users before joining the team via acquisition in April 2026.
