Role Description
We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Engineer (SDE-2) to join our growing engineering team. This role involves building robust backend services and intuitive frontends while working closely with product and design teams. You will be hands-on across the stack, with a primary focus on Java/Spring Boot backend and React frontend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Build and enhance React-based frontend applications with clean, reusable, and performant code.
- Integrate frontend and backend through well-designed REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
- Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- (Optional) Contribute to ETL pipelines and data workflows if required by projects.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
- Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Proficiency with React.js and modern frontend practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
