About

the Role</h3> <p id="p-rc_5250786b0e4fc80e-51" data-path-to-node="1"><span data-path-to-node="1,0">We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and collaborative Senior Accountant to help drive financial accounting quality and efficiency in a high-growth environment. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Accounting, you will be responsible for a variety of financial close and reporting activities, while also playing a role in overseeing our inventory tracking.</span></p> <h3 data-path-to-node="2">

What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li><span data-path-to-node="3,0,0,0">Perform monthly close activities, including preparing and recording journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and variance analysis.</span></li> <li><span data-path-to-node="3,1,0,0">Ensure accuracy and adherence to US GAAP and company policies for all assigned accounting areas and monthly close activities.</span></li> <li><span data-path-to-node="3,2,0,0">Lead inventory accounting initiatives, including perpetual-to-general-ledger reconciliations, calculating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), landed costs, and resolving standard cost variances.</span></li> <li><span data-path-to-node="3,3,0,0">Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to coordinate periodic physical inventory counts and cycle count programs across internal warehouses and 3PL locations.</span></li> <li><span data-path-to-node="3,4,0,0">Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reporting, conduct financial analysis, and explain trends or relationships on the financial statements.</span></li> <li><span data-path-to-node="3,5,0,0">Ensure compliance with SOX 404 key controls, analyze reserves (such as E&O), and assist with internal and external audit requests.</span></li> <li><span data-path-to-node="3,6,0,0">Support cross-functional initiatives by providing accounting insights, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing to process improvements that optimize month-end close efficiency.</span></li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li id="p-rc_5250786b0e4fc80e-59" data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><span data-path-to-node="5,0,0,0">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.</span></li> <li id="p-rc_5250786b0e4fc80e-60" data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><span data-path-to-node="5,1,0,0">3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
