About the role

Company Description

Lance is revolutionizing the hospitality industry with autonomous AI agents that handle tasks such as answering calls, closing sales, and managing operations, enabling teams to focus on guests. Trusted by leading hotel groups in the United States, Lance supports over 90 hotels, including renowned brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. Built on advanced Computer Use Agent technology, Lance's AI agents integrate seamlessly with hotel software, make real-time decisions, and execute complex multi-step tasks efficiently. By automating operational workflows, Lance empowers hotels to deliver enhanced guest experiences.

Role Description

Hotels run on people, and Lance gives those people superpowers. We're looking for our Founding Growth hire to tell that story to the world, and to help write it.

You'll own how Lance shows up in the market. That means building and running the go-to-market playbook for our founders' social presence, new features, and product launches, and sharpening the message that sets Lance apart in hospitality and AI. You won't just plan content, you'll make it. You'll pick up the camera, film and edit yourself, and bring in videographers and creative partners when a moment calls for something bigger.

You'll sit at the center of the company, working closely with GTM, Product, and Engineering so you know what we're building before anyone else does. Then you'll turn it into the tools that win deals: pitch decks, demos, case studies, and objection-handling guides for Sales and Solutions.

You'll talk to hotel operators, dig into competitors, and spot the openings others miss, then feed what you learn back into both our marketing and our product. You'll drive content across our website, email, and outbound channels to fill the pipeline, and you'll measure everything, so you always know what's working and how to make it work better.

If you want to build a brand from day one, ship fast, and see your work move real deals at a YC company redefining how hotels operate, this is your seat.
