You will support end-to-end environmental and reliability test campaigns—including Design Verification Testing (DVT), qualification, and reliability testing—for advanced optical payloads across air, ground, maritime, and space domains. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives on taking complex hardware from early proof-of-concept through to full-rate production.<br><br></p> <h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team capable of executing static, dynamic, fatigue, thermal and vibration testing on all of Anduril’s product lines for the Imaging Division</li> <li>Test items ranging from small integrated electronics systems to full system level sensors and more</li> <li>Operate thermal chambers, shakers, data acquisition systems and structural test equipment as needed to satisfy test objectives</li> <li>Lead test design reviews, visit vendors, define and execute hardware test plans</li> <li>Build test equipment, implement test automation, analyze failures and execute qualification campaigns</li> <li>Travel to test sites as needed. This includes local and out of state travel which could be a week or two at a time</li> </ul> <h4><br><strong>Required

Qualifications</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in a related engineering field</li> <li>Solid knowledge of climatic and dynamic testing</li> <li>Solid knowledge of environmental test instrumentation and data acquisition</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Good at working independently and with various teams and key stakeholders</li> <li>Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs for short periods of time</li> <li>Must be comfortable with hands on work and working in noisy environments including outdoors under adverse weather conditions</li> <li>Minimum BS in an engineering discipline</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li> </ul> <h4><br><strong>Preferred

Qualifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Performed Environmental testing at previous job(s) for military and/or commercial industry</li> <li>Strong Knowledge and test execution per MIL-STD-810 and/or MIL-STD-461</li> <li>Strong Knowledge of Shock & Vibration testing including fixture design and control strategies</li> <li>Strong knowledge of various instrumentation and data acquisition</li> <li>Generated MATLAB/Python scripting for test data automation and data processing</li> <li>Basic understanding of hoisting and lifting / rigging</li> <li>Knowledge on how to run and operate shakers, chambers, and other major test apparatus</li> <li>Environmental Stress Screening Principles</li> <li>CAD skills (any platform) and ability to make high quality engineering drawings that meet common industry standards</li> <li>Experience in an immersive interdisciplinary technical project (collegiate project teams or professional settings)</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$129,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$171,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of
