The role
Callab AI is hiring a Head of Sales Development to build and scale the outbound function across enterprise contact centers, hospitality, BPOs, and systems integrators. The first phase is hands-on: the role personally runs outbound before recruiting and leading a team.
Responsibilities
- The role owns qualified meeting and pipeline targets.
- The Head of Sales Development recruits, onboards, and coaches SDRs.
- The role designs multi-channel outbound sequences for each target vertical.
- Outbound tooling, email infrastructure, and deliverability sit with this role.
Requirements
- Three or more years in B2B sales development, including experience leading SDRs, are required.
- A demonstrated record of building enterprise or mid-market outbound pipeline is required.
- Hands-on experience with cold email at scale, including deliverability, is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
