About the role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 3-8 years of product management experience who has built and scaled products at marketplace or multi-stakeholder businesses, ideally in healthcare or other highly regulated industries. You should be comfortable operating as both an IC and a leader—prototyping with AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor, shipping zero-to-one features, and coaching cross-functional teams. Bonus points if you have B2C healthcare experience or have scaled a product from ~$5M to $15M+ in ARR.
What you'll do:
- Drive zero-to-one product development across our consumer (parent portal), provider (EHR/B2B), and internal operations surfaces
- Own the product roadmap and sprint planning, organizing work across engineering and a strategy & operations team that functions as pseudo-APMs
- Prototype and iterate using AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to go from idea to working demo yourself
- Coach and facilitate the Strategy & Operations team members who cut tickets and sit directly with engineers—translating business needs into well-scoped product work
- Critique and improve existing product flows with a strong design eye, ensuring our healthcare software meets consumer-grade UX standards
- Set the tempo and culture for the product org—defining how decisions get made, how work moves through the system, and how the team stays focused on what matters
- Grow the product team over time as needed, with full license to hire PMs and designers
