You’ll support the execution of events, which will include internal communication, handling travel arrangements, and overseeing the shipping and tracking of swag to our coaches and employees. </li> <li><strong>Running office operations</strong>. Some of your projects will include incoming/outgoing mail, clinic device management, access/parking cards and larger team meeting setup. In short, you’ll be on the front lines for both employees and guests.</li> </ul> <p>We're currently considering candidates who are willing to work all their hours from our headquarters in Lincoln, NE along side their teammates.  Remote work is not an option at this time. </p> <h2>Must-Haves</h2> <ul> <li><strong>A student.</strong> Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program and remain enrolled for the duration of the internship.</li> <li><strong>Organized.</strong> You can efficiently manage projects and keep track of multiple tasks and projects at once.</li> <li><strong>Process improvement mindset.</strong> You’re always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, take ownership of projects and leave a lasting impact.</li> <li><strong>Shipping know-how. </strong>You’ll be shipping things—a lot of things.
