About the role
We are looking for a Founders Associate with 1-4 years of experience to work directly with the CEO on sales, strategy, and operations at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company transforming the $3T+ electronic components supply chain. This is a high-leverage, front-of-house role where you'll spend most of your time talking to customers, running deals, and cracking new markets.
What will you be doing?
- Own customer conversations end-to-end — from first touch to close with mid-market and enterprise distributors
- Build and run outbound prospecting across the US and Europe
- Shape go-to-market strategy — identify segments, positioning, and scalable playbooks
- Work across ops, product, partnerships, and strategy depending on weekly priorities
- Become a domain expert in electronic component distribution — pricing dynamics, supply chain workflows, and inventory management
