About the role
We are looking for a Lead RevOps Specialist with 4+ years of experience to own and evolve Homebase's go-to-market tech stack. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you'll serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce development and tooling across sales and customer success — reporting directly into the VP of Sales & Customer Support.
What will you be doing?
- Building and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions using Apex code, Lightning components, and REST APIs
- Owning the full go-to-market tool stack — managing integrations, automations, and system architecture
- Partnering directly with sales and customer success stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Leading technical projects independently, navigating cross-functional relationships without constant oversight
- Driving process improvements and documentation across the revenue operations function
