ERP Systems Analyst

Costa Mesa, CA

About the role

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.About the Team The ERP Systems Analyst team is a fast-moving group responsible for integrating Oracle Fusion ERP and best-in-class internal tools. We operate a fast roadmap and run multiple integration programs in parallel at any given time, enabling operations across the United States and internationally.  The Role We are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to own hands-on configuration, data manipulation, and integration work across our full project portfolio. In this role, you will own much of the configuration and data work related to the ERP. You will also expand your skillset by embedding in the full implementation lifecycle: participating in onsite discovery, providing fit/gap analyses, completing builds and configurations, converting data, executing test scenarios, and supporting Go-Lives at various sites. You will be the person who ensures a new site or business unit can operate from day one inside Anduril's enterprise systems across all workstreams.  You will work directly with the broader systems team, collaborating across EngOS/PLM (Teamcenter), home-grown manufacturing and planning systems (Forge, MRPSpeed), customer and contract management (Salesforce), and the Oracle Fusion ERP core spanning procurement, inventory, order management, and finance/accounting. If you thrive in high-tempo, ambiguous environments where the answer is not in a playbook yet, and you have the experience to prove you have navigated this before, this role was written for you.  Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end data conversion for integrations: extract source data, map to Oracle templates, derive business rules for undefined fields, validate data quality, and leverage AI tools to eliminate manual work and build repeatable processes for future implementations. Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new business units, translating operational, accounting, and legal requirements into application design decisions for ERP and satellite system teams. Execute system configuration for new Oracle legal entities across workstreams: DTB (Design to Build), WMS (Warehouse/Inventory Operations), PTP (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), PTC (Projects to Close), and RTR (Record to Report). Plan and execute testing cycles, build and run test cases, resolve defects, and drive root cause analysis and resolution with satellite system teams (Teamcenter, Forge, Salesforce, MRPSpeed). Travel onsite to various company locations to lead discovery sessions and demonstrations, deliver hands-on ERP training, and provide Go-Live and Hypercare support. Collaborate with the program management and enablement functions to build and maintain standardized data templates, integration standard operating procedures, and reusable training materials (videos, guides) that scale the team's playbook across future rollouts. Partner with cross-functional satellite tool teams (PLM/Teamcenter, Forge/MES, Salesforce, WMS) to coordinate configuration changes and test dependencies on tight project timelines. Operate in an agile, sprint-based delivery model: own your workstream, hit sprint milestones, surface blockers early, and keep integration programs moving without waiting for direction. Contribute to and maintain the ERP knowledge base, capturing design decisions, configuration documentation, and lessons learned in Airtable and Quip so future integrations start further ahead.

Required Characteristics Anduril is an extremely fast-paced defense technology company, and this team runs at a pace most teams do not. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Bias for Action — You move fast, escalate blockers immediately, and do not wait for perfect information to make progress.

Outcome-Oriented — You care about Day 1 Go-Live working, not about process elegance. You work backward from the deadline.

Ownership — You own your workstream end to end. If something is at risk, you raise the issue and you fix it.

Agility — Project timelines shift and legal entity decisions get made late. You adapt without drama.

Dive Deep — You are comfortable in the details of data templates, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. You spot the gap before it becomes a blocker.

Customer Focus — You treat internal stakeholders and end-users as your customers. You build trust with teams who are often new to enterprise systems and hesitant about change.

First Principles Thinking — You do not just replicate how the last integration was done. You ask whether it was the right way and continuously improve the playbook.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred, but NetSuite, SAP, or similar will be accepted), including configuration, data conversion and loading, and troubleshooting. Integration or rapid deployment experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience executing data migrations: extracting source data, mapping to target templates, validating quality, and coordinating loads. Deep knowledge in at least one or more specific workstreams (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Design to Build, etc.) is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design. Experience configuring new legal entities in Oracle Fusion is a significant plus. Proven ability to work in agile, sprint-based delivery environments, with comfort writing user stories, tracking work in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, or equivalent), and iterating quickly. Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work alongside accounting, legal, operations, engineering, and ERP development teams on the same day while adjusting your communication style for each audience. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including to company sites domestically and internationally, for discovery, onboarding, testing, and Go-Live support. United States Person status is required (due to access to export-controlled data). Ability to work onsite full-time at the primary office location.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP integration programs or ERP rapid deployment and accelerated implementation methodologies. Familiarity with connected enterprise tools: Teamcenter/PLM, Salesforce, Odoo, or similar platforms. Prior experience at Big 4 consulting firms within ERP implementation practices. Aerospace and Defense, complex manufacturing, or government contracting industry background. Experience building reusable enablement content—such as training videos, standard operating procedures, and how-to guides—for end users who are new to ERP systems. Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
