the team</a> ✨ </p> <p><strong>⭐Our Regulatory team</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <p>We are looking for<strong> </strong>a curious, adaptive and data-focused <strong>Regulatory Reporting Analyst</strong> with a strong attention to detail to join our regulatory reporting team at Monzo.

The team is responsible for understanding our prudential regulatory reporting

requirements, working on projects and submissions relating to these and collaborating with teams across Monzo.</p> <p><strong>🔑 You’ll play a key role by…</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Producing Monzo’s regulatory liquidity reporting, ensuring robust and consistent controls across all outputs to support regulatory compliance and internal governance

requirements</li> <li>Documenting the applicable regulatory interpretations and communication</li> <li>Assisting the wider team produce Monzo’s capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures (including Pillar 3)</li> <li>Executing and improving the controls required to ensure regulatory reporting is timely, accurate and complete</li> <li>Ensuring all our regulatory reporting runs like clockwork</li> <li>Using data visualisation tools to build dashboards and facilitate sign-off and useful insights</li> <li>Designing brilliant ways to automate your work and leverage technology to ensure we scale with the business</li> </ul> <p><strong>🤩 We’d love to hear from you if…</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a good understanding and experience of producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM returns</li> <li>You’re excited by data and have a sharp eye for detail</li> <li>You have knowledge of coding languages like SQL would be a

bonus, although a willingness to learn is just fine </li> <li>You have a proven record of delivering to strict deadlines </li> <li>You want to automate or enhance recurring processes, particularly by leveraging technology, but know how to balance this with getting the actual reports out!</li> </ul> <p><strong>🙌 What’s in it for you</strong></p> <p>💰up to £55,000 (depending on experience) ➕ incentive awards tied to your performance</p> <p>📍This role is based in our London office on a hybrid basis.
