This is a commercial, insight-led role: you’ll find the biggest opportunities, decide what we test and in what order, and make the case in terms of revenue, not just conversion rate. You’ll lead four CRO Developers across B2C and B2B who build and test in our codebase and ship net-new web experiences, from page redesigns to programmatic page systems. You set the direction (hypotheses, priorities, target experience, and measurement), with enough technical fluency to scope work with developers and engineering and to tell a quick test from a quarter-long build. You’ll treat the website as one part of the customer journey, connecting it to paid media, audiences, lifecycle, and brand messaging. What you’ll own Growth strategy & roadmap

Lead website investigations end to end: combine web analytics, CRM, and BI data to find where the funnel leaks, size opportunities in business outcomes (sign-ups, qualified leads, closed-won deals, revenue), and turn them into ranked bets with owners, metrics, and guardrails Own an impact-based roadmap across Consumer and Partner, with your own data-grounded hypotheses, confidence levels, effort sizing, and tradeoffs stakeholders can debate. Triage incoming requests against it Build the business case for larger bets, such as new page types or interactive web features, and decide when to test, build, or hand off Run the monthly stakeholder review, and empower your CRO Developers to present the business impact of their work

Customer experience, UX & messaging

Own the conversion experience across both sites (page roles, hierarchy, UX patterns, and signup flows), bringing in Creative, Design, Product, and Engineering early so changes are aligned before they ship Sharpen messaging and value proposition by audience, market, and vertical Connect web to Paid Media and Lifecycle so the journey from ad to landing page to sign-up is consistent and traffic quality improves, not just volume

Team & partnerships

Manage, coach, and grow four CRO Developers, and build a culture of evidence-led decisions and accountability for business impact Be the face of CRO to stakeholders, with proactive updates on tests, results, and what’s next Partner with BI on trusted test data (you build your own funnel views; BI owns source-of-truth reporting), with Engineering and Product on server-side testing and roadmap fit, and with SEO/AEO, Localization, Sales, and RevOps

What we’re looking for Requirements

Experimentation rigor. You’ve owned an A/B testing program from ideation to readout, with expert command of test design, sample sizing, duration, significance, and guardrail metrics Commercial acumen. You connect test outcomes to revenue and build clear business cases for what goes on the roadmap Analytical depth. You find where users drop off, size the opportunity, and rank it, working directly with the data Full-funnel and UX judgment. You connect landing pages to paid, audiences, lifecycle, and brand, and can spot a weak page hierarchy or unclear value proposition Cross-functional influence. You align Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, Creative, and BI around shared priorities, and can challenge senior stakeholders with data People leadership. Experience managing a team, ideally including developers or other technical ICs Technical fluency. You understand how web experiences are built, templated, and tested well enough to scope work, pressure-test estimates, and weigh effort against impact

Strongly preferred

Front-end development background (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) SQL and BI tools (e.g. Hex, Looker), and Optimizely or a similar platform, including server-side or feature-flag testing Programmatic pages at scale or SEO/AEO page strategy International or multi-market sites, or a business with both consumer and B2B funnels
