This is a high-ownership, high-growth opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to build novel best practices in sales, ops, content, and systems. You'll be our Swiss-Army knife, jumping from coordinating executive ops one hour, to writing crisp marketing copy the next, to running lightweight outbound campaigns after that. If you've got grit, brains, and range, we'll give you the tools, mentorship, and mission to grow into a startup operator that any company would fight to hire. We don't care about fancy job titles. We care about people who get important things done fast , even when no one has drawn the map yet. Location: Remote (Strong preference for teammates in the Philippines, Vietnam, or UTC-3 to UTC+8 Latin-America for easy overlap with U.S. Pacific hours)

What You'll Likely Do (Week to Week) Executive Ops Manage CEO calendars and travel Prep meeting briefs and handle loose ends Sales Support / SDR Research and qualify B2B leads Draft personalized outreach and keep HubSpot organized Content & Comms Write LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, and FAQs Recruiting Coordination Post job roles, screen résumés, and schedule interviews Process Scrappiness Automate tasks via tools like Zapier or ChatGPT Data Digs Pull and analyze reports using Sheets, Notion, etc. No two weeks look exactly the same, expect to juggle 3-4 of these lanes at any time. You'll Excel Here If You...
