Why This Role Matters As we expand into Toronto, we need someone on the ground who owns the office end-to-end. This role ensures the Toronto team operates smoothly, stays organized, and has what they need to execute at speed. You will be the backbone of the office, creating structure, supporting leaders, and keeping day-to-day operations running without friction.
The Role: Office Manager, Toronto This is not just an administrative role. This is the person who runs our Toronto office. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of the space while supporting leaders with scheduling, coordination, and execution. You’ll create an environment where
the team can focus, move fast, and do their best work. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day operations of the Toronto office (space, supplies, vendors, logistics) Ensure the office is organized, functional, and running smoothly at all times Manage calendars and scheduling for Toronto-based leaders Coordinate meetings, visitors, and on-site activities Support travel planning and logistics as needed Help establish and maintain team cadence (meetings, check-ins, office rhythms) Act as the go-to person for anything office-related Support onboarding for new hires in the Toronto office Assist with planning and execution of team events and office moments Maintain basic administrative systems, trackers, and documentation Jump into ad hoc tasks to keep things moving What You’ll Bring 2–5+ years in an office admin, office manager, or coordination role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things on track Clear communicator, both written and verbal Proactive and reliable; you see what needs to be done and do it Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment High ownership mindset and strong follow-through Positive, team-oriented attitude No defence background required.
