Product Marketing Manager

About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager based in the United States.

Join a fast-growing cybersecurity environment where behavioral AI is transforming how organizations defend against sophisticated cyber threats.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will shape compelling product narratives that translate complex security technologies into clear, differentiated value propositions.
You will lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives across multiple channels and stages of the buyer journey.
Working closely with Product, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams, you will help drive customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth.
You will also play a key role in understanding customer needs, strengthening market differentiation, and enabling sales teams and channel partners.
This is an opportunity to influence product strategy and market perception in a high-growth business expanding its solutions across email, identity, and AI security.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of innovative cybersecurity solutions and establishes a strong competitive advantage.
  • Lead internal and external product launches, coordinating sales enablement, public relations, digital marketing, and other communication channels.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to develop acquisition and upsell messaging that supports demand generation and pipeline growth throughout the buyer journey.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end launch strategies for new features, incremental product updates, and major releases.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing assets, including product collateral, thought leadership content, solution presentations, website copy, videos, and blog articles.
  • Conduct customer research to identify buyer priorities, understand market needs, and continuously refine product messaging.
  • Equip sales teams and channel partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to communicate product value and promote joint solutions effectively.
  • Represent the organization at external events and industry forums, sharing expertise and strengthening market credibility.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience creating written content for business buyers, ideally within the cybersecurity industry, with relevant writing samples available.
  • Proven experience managing product launches in fast-paced environments with frequent releases and evolving priorities.
  • Strong technical curiosity and the ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling, and accessible messaging without losing technical accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach, including the ability to manage projects independently and deliver results efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent listening skills, customer empathy, and a collaborative mindset focused on understanding buyer challenges and delivering meaningful value.
  • A strong commitment to customer and partner success, with a genuine interest in cybersecurity, innovation, and emerging technologies.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $122,400–$176,000 USD per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • Performance-based compensation: Eligibility for an annual bonus or other incentive compensation.
  • Equity opportunities: Potential to participate in an equity compensation program.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: Access to a range of employee benefits, with specific details provided during the recruitment process.
  • Remote work: Remote position available across the United States.
  • Career growth: Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding cybersecurity business and work across multiple product categories and strategic initiatives.
  • Professional impact: Exposure to cross-functional collaboration, product launches, customer research, and market-facing thought leadership in a dynamic technology environment.
