We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute.</p></div><div class="p-pdf_viewer_thumbnail"> <div data-page-number="1"> <p><span>We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment bookkeeper to join our team and support our day-to-day financial operations. <br><br>What You’ll Own</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Run full-cycle bookkeeping and keep the books balanced and up to date.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Process vendor, customer, and intercompany transactions, including invoicing, payments,</span><br><span>and reconciliations.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Work daily in NetSuite, plus tools like Mesh, Dokka, Expensify etc., for payments and </span><span>expense workflows.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, AR, AP, payroll, and fixed assets on a rolling basis.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Drive the monthly close (accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, cutoffs) through to a </span><span>full balance sheet and P&L.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Handle statutory filings, including VAT reporting, and other tax and regulatory </span><span>submissions.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Support the annual audit, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor </span><span>requests.<br></span><br><span>What We’re Looking For</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Hands-on NetSuite experience - required.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Full-cycle bookkeeping experience - required.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Background as a bookkeeper in a startup or tech company; comfortable owning

the role </span><span>solo.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Experience with multiple entities/jurisdictions and tools like Mesh, Expensify, or Dokka - </span><span>a plus.</span><br><span>•</span> <span>Strong English, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, highly organized and independent.</span></p> </div> </div>
