About the role
Pancake is building a GTM brain and orchestrator that centralizes knowledge about target customers and coordinates the tools used to find and acquire them.
As a Founding Eng, you will help build this product across the frontend and backend. We are looking for a strong hands-on builder with professional experience shipping software and taking product work from idea to delivery.

Pancake is a go-to-market (GTM) platform that gives founders and their AI agents context, prospect data, and tools to find B2B customers, turning outreach ideas into recurring 'Plays' that find and qualify prospects and draft messages for approved leads. It operates via its own app or an AI client connected to its MCP server. The company's legal operator is Basalt AI Inc., having pivoted from an earlier AI-evaluation product called Basalt to the current GTM product.
