Associate, Operations Quality Assurance (KYB/ Underwriting/ Fraud)

requirements Take ownership of risk domain QA programs, ensuring QA evaluations are completed with high productivity and precision Deliver high-quality assessment results via monthly QA reports, identifying operational errors, procedural gaps, and system limitations Analyze root causes of identified gaps and provide actionable solutions to address QA findings, closely monitoring the remediation process Collaborate with global stakeholders across different functions to improve operational quality, procedures, and systems Proactively lead or support global projects and initiatives for quality uplift

Qualifications： Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in payments, financial services, or related industries (e.g, underwriting, merchant risk monitoring, dispute handling) Deep understanding of regulatory
