This role will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, software, and GNC. Qualifications </strong></h1> <p> </p> <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, business operations, or sales, ideally within deep tech or hard tech verticals OR Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in recruiting, business operations, or sales</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical candidates in competitive markets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of engineering roles and organizational structures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Obsession with building excellent teams.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1><strong>Preferred
