The Role: We are seeking to expand the Viz.ai Implementation team by adding a Project Manager . This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation of Viz.ai products at our customer’s facilities. You will: Support concurrent implementation projects Utilize standard project documentation and tracking Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations Conduct client-facing training sessions in-person and remotely Provide regular reporting on project status, deliverables, risks and issues You will love this job if you: Are highly motivated and comfortable working remotely and at customer facilities Have deep experience implementing medical software solutions Are able to thrive in uncertain and changing environments Are well-spoken and calm under pressure Are able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease Are willing to suggest and implement changes to improve processes

Requirements: 3+ years medical software and system implementation experience Knowledge of DICOM and networking standards, as well as hospital workflows Experience with leveraging AI tools / solutions to increase job output efficiency and repetitive task automation. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfortable in a client-facing role Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline, information systems and/or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
