We got there by moving incredibly fast and hiring an exceptionally sharp, hard-working and deeply committed team from leading tech and accounting companies - Ramp, Meta, Microsoft, Lyft, PwC, Deloitte, J.P. Morgan, Bloomberg, Sage, Xero and Intuit. And some of us don't have a fancy logo on our resume and are here for a shot to prove ourselves. We’re a small team, growing fast with huge momentum - join early. As our Implementation Manager/Director , you'll own and scale our ERP implementation function, leading customers from onboarding through go-live while building the processes and team needed to deliver successful implementations at scale. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. the team Natalee took a customer live in 3 weeks, created an onboarding implementation playbook driving best practices and milestones, which standardized our project methodology. Nathan inherited 4 complex implementations in his first month, took 2 of them live (put a detailed plan together for the other two), and used Claude to build an internal implementation tracker. Petro personally manages 20 customers (and growing), he is an SME in complex tax situations and our customers have praised him as a “true gentleman”!
