In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for managing sales expenses, headcount, and helping us make smart, data-driven decisions that fuel company growth. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to provide the financial insights they need to enable Ping Identity’s maximum top-line impact.</p> <p><strong>The Right Fit</strong></p> <p>This role is for someone who loves the details but also sees the bigger picture. What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Manage expenses:</strong> Being integral part of the sales expense accrual process, collaborating directly with

the team to ensure costs are captured accurately.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Own the sales budget:</strong> Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for all global sales teams and initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Reconcile with precision:</strong> Dive into the details, meticulously reconciling budget vs. actuals and providing clear insights into spending trends.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Drive reporting consistency and simplification, streamlining how we track sales performance metrics and operational spend.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Leverage Anaplan:</strong> Use Anaplan for all reporting, tracking, and analysis, helping to build a single source of truth for sales headcount and financials.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on expenses and headcount.</p> </li> <li> <p>A strong accounting foundation, with hands-on experience in managing accruals and expense recognition.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong experience with budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting, and forecasting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Direct experience with Anaplan for financial reporting and planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>You are an expert with Excel and comfortable building robust financial models.</p> </li> <li> <p>You have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Salary Range: $80,000-$86,000</p> <p>In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate

compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final
