About the role
Hi, I'm Max - co-founder & CEO of 10x Dental (YC W25). We build voice AI for dental practices. Our outbound calls reactivate dormant patients and generate $10–30k in additional revenue per practice on autopilot. We're live in the largest privately owned dental group in Chicago and doubling month over month.
What you'll achieve:
- In 1 month: Ship your first production feature end-to-end and own a critical system
- In 3 months: Architect and scale core infrastructure as we 3x our practice count
- In 6 months: Shape our product roadmap and engineering culture as we build out the team
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js
What we're looking for:
- Strong full-stack instincts - serious backend & frontend skills
- A history of building things on your own - side projects, tools, experiments
- Someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants real ownership at an early-stage startup
Compensation:
- Salary: $120–140k
- Equity: 0.5–1.5%
