THE ROLE</strong></p> <p><strong>Area Manager</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a Night Shift Area Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team within our Returns Warehouse, ensuring the efficient execution of daily operations while maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and performance. You will manage, develop, and motivate a team of associates and leads, implementing process improvements and driving continuous growth. Your leadership will directly impact operational goals, and you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our fulfillment network.</p> <p><strong>

Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates and leads, ensuring high levels of employee engagement, performance, and safety throughout daily operations.</li> <li>Oversee the fulfillment center's day-to-day activities, including meeting productivity

requirements, achieving business objectives, and maintaining the customer experience.</li> <li>Support all safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance to provide a safe work environment for all associates.</li> <li>Proactively identify, lead, and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean tools, Kaizen, and <em class="Highlight ht76bdad5b-2421-40aa-8eb7-6cb31118009d" style="font-style: inherit;">Six Sigma</em> methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.</li> <li>Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and ensure that all shifts are optimized for efficiency and meeting team goals.</li> <li>Review weekly work forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure daily production targets are met.</li> <li>Train, support, and develop your team to enhance skillsets, resolve challenges, and ensure a smooth workflow.</li> <li>Uphold all compliance policies, including food safety and general regulatory standards, within the operations.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as required to ensure successful operation of the fulfillment center.</li> </ul> <p><strong>

Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, as needed.</li> <li>Established track record of ownership, accountability, and driving results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience managing a team of 20+ hourly employees.</li> <li>Familiarity with Lean and <em class="Highlight ht76bdad5b-2421-40aa-8eb7-6cb31118009d" style="font-style: inherit;">Six Sigma</em> principles, with experience driving process improvements.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Industry experience in retail, logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or distribution environments is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical
