We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Recruiting Apprentice through the SkillBridge program. This role is designed for transitioning service members interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources. This is a 6-month Skillbridge apprenticeship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development during the transition from military to civilian careers. This opportunity will support the Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy and provide exposure to full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, global organization. What You’ll Do Gain experience sourcing candidates through available online resources Conduct initial phone screens and engage with prospective candidates Coordinate and manage a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones Support the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer stages Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with recruiting processes, and accountability across all stages Provide basic analysis and insights to support recruiting efforts and process improvements Why This Opportunity Build hands-on experience in recruiting and HR Gain exposure to recruiting within a global organization Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices Partner closely with recruiting leadership Develop foundational skills for a career in talent acquisition
