We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute.</p></div><h3><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Join our Business Operations team and build the systems and automations that help ScaleOps operate and grow.</li> <li>Turn business processes into working solutions across Salesforce and our wider technology stack.</li> <li>Build and maintain Salesforce workflows, integrations, and automations.</li> <li>Connect tools such as Gong, Apollo, n8n, Jira, Slack, and AI platforms so information moves reliably between systems and teams.</li> <li>Build practical AI solutions using Claude and other LLM tools to improve how teams work.</li> <li>Partner with GTM, Product, R&D, and other teams to understand their needs and implement solutions.</li> <li>Improve data quality, build reports and dashboards, and document the systems and processes you create.</li> <li>Take ownership of projects that directly affect how the company operates and scales.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience in business applications.</li> <li>Hands-on Salesforce experience and the ability to build and improve workflows within the platform.</li> <li>Experience building integrations and automations with n8n, Workato, or similar tools.</li> <li>Hands-on experience building solutions with LLMs or generative AI tools; experience with Claude is an advantage.</li> <li>An understanding of GTM processes and the ability to work with both business and technical teams across the company.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, a builder mindset, and the ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>A collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership from request through implementation.</li> <li>A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.</li> </ul>
