You will partner with creative directors, designers, writers, editors and business stakeholders to turn briefs into high-quality work that is distinctive, on-brand, audience-aware, and connected to business goals. Present creative strategy, concepts, work-in-progress, and final recommendations to senior stakeholders, connecting creative decisions to audience and business goals. A systems thinker who enjoys building motion principles, templates, workflows, and production practices that help teams create better work at scale. A confident cross-functional partner who can facilitate creative discussions, synthesize feedback, give clear direction, and drive alignment. A learn-it-all who continues to advance their craft, explores new methods, and shares practical learnings with

the team. An owner who makes sound decisions amid ambiguity and remains accountable for quality, timelines, and outcomes. A collaborative teammate who raises the creative bar, supports others’ growth, and embodies Hinge Health’s leadership principles. Basic
