Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

Rosario, Santa Fe Province

About the role

Exactera has offices in New York City, Tarrytown NY, San Diego, CA, London, and Argentina. The Opportunity This is a strategic leadership role — you'll set the direction on complex engagements, lead managers and senior analysts, and bring the depth and judgment that makes Exactera a place clients return to. This isn't a sales role. We're not asking you to bring in business. We're asking you to be the senior technical and strategic voice on the work, build the next generation of TP leaders behind you, and help shape how a practice that operates differently from a traditional consulting firm continues to evolve.

What You'll Do You'll lead at the level above engagements — setting direction on the hardest work, developing the managers running it, and being the person clients ask for when things get complicated. The fundamentals of leading great TP work still apply. What's different is the kind of practice you're leading inside. We've built something that doesn't look like traditional consulting. Less rigidity, more flexibility, and technology and AI woven into how the work gets done — and what that looks like is changing quarter by quarter.

The role you're hired into today will look different in a year, and different again in two. At this level, you're not just operating in that environment — you're shaping it. Day to day, that means: Setting direction on complex, high-stakes engagements — method selection, structuring, defensibility, controversy Being the senior technical voice clients ask for: intangibles, financial transactions, restructurings, planning conversations Leading and developing managers — they are your most important deliverable. Building the bench underneath them Setting the standard for how

the team operates — how we use the platform, where AI fits, where judgment is non-negotiable, how we handle hard moments with clients Helping shape how the practice evolves — what we build, what we automate, what stays human, where the bar should move next Stepping in on the hardest moments — escalations, technical disputes, complex negotiations What's non-negotiable here Client first. Their outcomes are how we measure ourselves, and you set that tone for

the team. AI fluency. Not enthusiasm, not curiosity — fluency, with a strategic point of view. You're not just using these tools well; you have an opinion about where the practice should go because of them. Flexibility and ownership. Senior leaders here operate on a moving floor.

The role itself will evolve. The leaders we want are the ones who help shape the change, not the ones waiting for it to settle. What success looks like in your first months The complex work runs cleanly under your leadership. Your managers are visibly stronger. Clients seek you out on the hardest issues. You're already shaping conversations about where the practice should go — not just running it as it is. What You Bring 10+ years of transfer pricing experience, with substantial engagement leadership and people management at scale Deep, demonstrated command of OECD TP principles, with hands-on work across documentation, planning, controversy, and complex transactions Track record of leading managers — not just analysts. You've grown people who've grown teams Multi-jurisdictional depth and the judgment that comes from having seen audits, disputes, and edge cases play out Fluent / professional / native English Demonstrated leadership in adopting AI and technology in TP delivery — and a clear point of view on where it goes next What We Offer: (The following only applies to US-based positions) A collaborative team culture with opportunities for career development. Ample opportunities to be recognized, build valuable skills, and grow your career. Generous vacation policy, including paid parental leave. Comprehensive health plans with FSA and HSA options. 401(k) retirement plan. Life and disability insurance coverage. Supplemental

benefits like a dependent care savings plan, pet insurance, will preparation, and an employee assistance program.
