We are looking for a Staff, Revenue Growth to join Snap Inc.’s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. This role will lead and launch high-growth initiatives to serve Snap’s global SMC audience and drive retentive revenue growth in priority business segments. Quarterbacking the SMC organization’s overall strategy across segments, this role will own retentive revenue goals and ensure SMC success by leveraging Snap to power advertisers’ business growth. The ideal candidate brings experience owning revenue targets and leading go-to-market initiatives, with a lens akin to driving product-led growth. They will have a proven track record in problem-solving, scaling, and leading growth initiatives. They will develop, deploy and scale global growth that address the needs of SMCs in their segment - via a test and iterate and scale framework.
The role will set and own strategic go-to-market roadmaps, with clear resourcing and support from a wide array of cross-functional groups (Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Advertiser Support, and Data Analytics). What you’ll do: Be the single-threaded accountable owner for retentive revenue growth across multiple SMC segments globally Build and own business growth strategies (via sales, product, AI) end to end, from ideation through goal attainment Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness Plan, test and scale Growth to grow adoption of business solutions across Snap’s platforms Own relationships, strategy, and roadmapping with relevant Product and Engineering teams to support SMC revenue and retention efforts Define and own segment-specific vision, solutions, and service levels required to drive desired outcomes for SMCs Establish performance measurement criteria and KPIs to track progress against goals Lead global, cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Support, and Data Analytics Present results and recommendations based on product and market performance Drive communication and influence across a broad range of stakeholders, including executives Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience developing strategies and playbooks for launching new initiatives, particularly within SMC or other high-growth business segments Strong comfort with and passion for data-driven decision-making Proven track record of driving monetization/growth initiatives that are multi-geography and complex in nature Experience simplifying complexity and communicating effectively with business and technical executives, as well as external stakeholders Expertise in identifying and resolving difficult trade-offs, often spanning multiple quarters Experience or familiarity working within the media or digital advertising industry Ability to influence and drive change among partner teams and leadership to build new approaches and shift daily team behaviors Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating with senior leadership Proficient in building agentic workflows and comfortable using and learning AI tools, APIs, MCPs. Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience,
qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $209,000-$313,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $199,000-$297,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $178,000-$266,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
