You will partner directly with our People Partners to drive performance management, employee engagement, and data analytics. What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Drive the Employee Journey:</strong> Partner cross-functionally (People Partners, Payroll, Recruiting, Comp, Finance, HRIS) to execute a seamless, world-class employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.</li> <li><strong>Deliver Data-Driven Insights:</strong> Leverage our tools and HRIS to build out reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights for People Partners and business leaders.</li> <li><strong>Elevate the Daily Experience:</strong> Serve as the crucial first line of support for complex employee inquiries (

benefits, leave of absence, payroll, mobility, immigration), ensuring a frictionless experience.</li> <li><strong>Build & Scale Programs:</strong> Co-pilot key talent programs, including performance management cycles and recognition initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Optimize for Scale:</strong> Proactively identify process bottlenecks and assist in the rollout, communication, and change management of new People initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years in an HR or People Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> BA/BS degree required (MBA or Master's degree is a strong plus).</li> <li><strong>Systems Savvy:</strong> Strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and Excel.</li> <li><strong>Executive Communication:</strong> Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with senior leadership.</li> <li><strong>The Verkada Mindset:</strong> Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a positive, problem-solving attitude.</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> This role operates in-person from our high-energy headquarters in San Mateo, CA. Must be willing and able to commute 5 days in-office.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Employee
