You will work in collaboration with the Global Real Estate team to provide and maintain a top tier facility and employee experience. You are an individual who thrives in a fast paced evolving environment, who possesses strong communication skills, and the ability to successfully prioritize and execute tasks. You have a growth and development mindset, know how to stay self-motivated and lead with a positive attitude. This role will be based in New York City and will oversee offices in New York and Philadelphia. <h3 id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-98" data-path-to-node="4">

What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-65" data-path-to-node="5,0,0">Serves as the first point of contact, and face of the Global Real Estate team in your local office.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-66" data-path-to-node="5,1,0">Facilitates an ongoing delightful employee experience by providing operational support and maintaining a well organized, visually pleasing facility.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-67" data-path-to-node="5,2,0">Assists in maintaining and enhancing the Workplace programs (ex: mailroom operations, internal events, food and beverage programs, etc.).</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-68" data-path-to-node="5,3,0">Build an active relationship with business partners and leaders to assess team allocations and occupancy needs as well as conference room usage. Provide proactive solutions, and improvement ideas through observation.</li> <li>Maintain spatial data within the space management tool and ensure accuracy of information.</li> <li>Participate with building audits to verify employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted in the space management tool.</li> <li>Coordinate with the Space Planning to maintain space standard ratios for on/offline rooms and office standards and solutions, as well as define space related programs to improve team member experience.</li> <li>Facilitates and maintains relationships with building vendors, such as landlord, food and beverage partners, etc.</li> <li>Maintain budgets and track expenses for multiple different areas of the business.</li> <li>Acts as the single point of contact for all building related issues.</li> <li>Facilitates connecting employees to all aspects of the broader Verkada Business Operations teams.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-76" data-path-to-node="5,11,0">Other site specific duties and support may be required.</li> </ul> <h3 id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-99" data-path-to-node="6">What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-77" data-path-to-node="7,0,0">A passion for providing exceptional customer service through human connection and ongoing operations support.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-78" data-path-to-node="7,1,0">5+ years of management experience or related project management experience.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-79" data-path-to-node="7,2,0">5+ years of workplace services experience.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-80" data-path-to-node="7,3,0">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-81" data-path-to-node="7,4,0">Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-82" data-path-to-node="7,5,0">Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, FLS, plumbing, etc.) is strongly encouraged.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-83" data-path-to-node="7,6,0">Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of budget tracking &amp; maintenance.</li> <li id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-84" data-path-to-node="7,7,0">Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.</li> </ul> <h3 id="p-rc_0edb3405bdfff086-100" data-path-to-node="8">Employee
