What you'll do: </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own key parts of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, delivering on a defined close calendar</li> <li>Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, accounts payable, and credit cards</li> <li>Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances promptly</li> <li>Support multi-currency accounting, FX revaluation, and consolidation</li> <li>Prepare flux analyses and support the preparation of monthly financial statements</li> <li>Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure transactions are recorded in line with US GAAP</li> <li>Serve as a key point of contact for the annual financial statement audit and tax provision work, preparing PBC schedules</li> <li>Document and strengthen internal controls and close procedures, with an eye toward SOX readiness</li> <li>Identify and drive process improvements and automation in the ERP and close tools</li> <li>Manage daily cash positioning and bank activity across all global entities and accounts</li> <li>Execute and approve wire transfers, intercompany funding, and payment runs under established controls</li> <li>Record and reconcile cash, and investment activities, including interest income and bank fees</li> <li>Support state and federal compliance matters</li> </ul> <p>We feel strongly about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in

compensation is one way to help achieve that. The cash

compensation for this role is market competitive, with a range of $80,00-$100,000 USD OTE. As well as equity (when applicable), and

benefits including health plans, retirement plans, and unlimited paid time off (PTO). The pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of

compensation or salary. The actual pay will vary based on factors including experience,
