Req’s:
- 2+ years shipping at an early-stage startup, strong across the full stack (Python, Backend, Postgres)
- Built event-driven systems, async job orchestration and workflow engines in scalable production
- Production LLM integration — structured extraction, not chat wrappers
- Telephony experience in scale (Twilio, ElevenLabs)
- HIPAA-aware: encryption and etc
- Hustler and mission driven
What you will do:
- Voice AI Agents
- Case Orchestration — Durable workflow automation engine with AI
- Document Intelligence — LLM pipeline processing faxed records, handwritten notes, PDF bills.
- Command Center — role-based multi-tenant views, Postgres RLS.
