Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive research on DeFi protocols and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop innovative DeFi mechanisms and validate their efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate research findings into product offerings.
• Publish research findings to contribute to the broader DeFi community knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Proven deep understanding of DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and tokenomics.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and building DeFi mechanisms or similar financial models.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software for financial modeling.

Nice to have:

• Published research or contributions to DeFi projects or thought leadership.
• Active participation in DeFi communities or open-source projects.
• Multilingual capabilities to engage with a global DeFi audience.
