Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Business Partnership – Australia Site Development</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="54">Serve as the strategic finance partner to the Australia Site Leader and cross-functional leadership team responsible for the design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness of PsiQuantum's Australian facility.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="54">Partner with Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Facilities, Supply Chain, and Program Management to support the successful delivery of the site and its capabilities required to build a fault-tolerant quantum computer.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="54">Lead financial planning and oversight for capital expenditures, including facility construction, manufacturing equipment, infrastructure, utilities, and supporting technologies.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="54">Develop and maintain multi-year capital investment plans, project forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="54">Partner with business leaders to develop operating expense budgets, workforce plans, and financial models supporting the transition from construction to manufacturing and operational readiness.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="54">Support long-range planning to ensure the Australia site is financially positioned to achieve operational milestones and enable the production of technologies critical to the commercialization of fault-tolerant quantum computing.</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1284"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Local Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1326">Serve as the finance lead for the Australian legal entity and primary liaison with local auditors, tax advisors, regulatory agencies, and external service providers.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1326">Oversee statutory financial reporting
requirements and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and corporate regulations.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1326">Coordinate annual audits, financial statement preparation, and statutory filings.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1326">Partner with global Accounting and Controllership teams to ensure alignment between local and corporate reporting

Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3">CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3">Experience serving as Finance Director, Controller, or senior finance leader for an Australian legal entity.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3">Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting
