Talent Acquisition Lead - Sales/ GTM

We are one of the top 2 AI-native companies growing globally from India, and hiring the Sales and GTM team behind that growth is one of the most important jobs in the company. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own it end to end.

The Role

A senior advisory seat, not a coordination role. You will own Sales and GTM hiring end to end - advising leadership on the market, shaping every search, and closing the candidates who will build the revenue organisation. You will set the bar and the strategy, not just run the process.

What you'll do?

• Advise Sales and GTM leadership on talent strategy: market mapping, role design and where to hunt.
• Own your TAM - know where Sales/GTM talent sits, what moves it, and build pipelines before you need them.
• Drive compensation strategy on offers: position, negotiate and close in a competitive market.
• Run full-cycle searches from calibration to close, holding a high bar at real pace.
• Use AI and modern tooling thoughtfully to spend your time on judgment and candidates, not admin.

What you should have?

• 12+ years of experience in Non-Tech Talent Acquisition, with deep, proven time hiring for Sales/GTM teams.
• You've led a team — hired, managed and mentored recruiters, and owned the bar for how they work.
• You've set up the process — built hiring systems, pipelines and playbooks from scratch, not just run someone else's.
• You know your TAM cold — the companies, the talent pools and the market rates for Sales/GTM talent.
• You bring working command of compensation strategies and can advise leaders and close candidates on offers.
• You have thrived at a high-growth, fast-paced startup or company.
• Tech-savvy and AI-first, resourceful, and guided by strong common sense.
