The core bottleneck today is demo creation: for each prospect, Anand creates a fully custom demo environment (custom codebase, realistic data, product-specific scenarios) to show that agents can or can't use that product. This is what converts — but it's manual and doesn't scale. The founding engineer's first mission is to automate this: build the internal agent that generates demo environments end-to-end, targeting 100-200 custom demos/month. Generalist, backend-leaning. No dedicated frontend yet.
