About Revion
Revion builds AI agents for the Automotive Sector. Our agents answer customer calls and messages, book appointments and work inside the dealer's management system. Dealer groups across the US and Europe use them today.
The role
You'll be one of Revion's first engineers in Europe, working with our customers and building the agents and product they rely on. You own problems end to end: you talk to the customer, decide what to build, and ship it.
What you'll do
- Own customer deployments from onboarding through their ongoing use of the platform
- Build AI agents across voice and text, from prompt and tool design to production
- Prompt and tune LLMs, voices and transcribers, and use evals to show each change helps
- Build integrations with legacy Dealer Management Systems (Pinewood, Keyloop, Reynolds and Reynolds) and other third-party APIs
- Ship new features and stand up entire MVPs

- First principles: you break a problem down to what's true, question the assumptions, and build up from there.
- Judgement: you question requirements, ours included, and build what solves the problem.
- Speed: you make decisions with incomplete information and move fast.
What we're looking for
- LLMs and agents: production experience building LLM applications and agents, including prompting, tool use, evals and model selection
- Voice and conversational AI: production experience with voice or conversational agents
- Backend: strong Python or Go, with hands-on production experience
- Full stack: comfortable with React, TypeScript and Node.js
- Track record: things you've built on your own initiative, such as a company, a side project or an open-source tool
