About

the Role</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a hands-on <strong>People Operations Manager</strong> to lead and manage Prophecy's people function as we scale. Partnering closely with the SVP of Finance & Operations, you'll oversee people operations,

benefits, recruiting, and employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves to get things done.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Recruiting & Onboarding:</strong> Manage end-to-end recruiting, including job postings, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain accurate hiring documentation and recruiting systems.</li> <li><strong>

Benefits & HR Operations:</strong> Oversee employee

benefits administration, including employee of records employee, enrollment, renewals, and employee inquiries. Coordinate with

benefits brokers, payroll providers, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.</li> <li><strong>Employee Experience & Engagement:</strong> Serve as a trusted global HR resource for employees, support engagement and recognition initiatives, and partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.</li> <li><strong>Employee Lifecycle Management:</strong> Coordinate employee activities, including performance review cycles, employee relations, and other HR programs to ensure a consistent employee experience.</li> <li><strong>HR Compliance:</strong> Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, required training, and employment records. Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations as needed.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Streamline HR processes, maintain HR systems, and develop scalable practices to improve efficiency and support business needs.</li> <li><strong>HR Reporting:</strong> Maintain accurate employee data and provide relevant HR metrics and reports to leadership to support decision-making.</li> <li><strong>Ad Hoc Project:</strong> Support on going Ad Hoc project on a needed basis</li> </ul> <p><strong>

What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years in HR, with at least 2+ years owning multiple people functions </li> <li>Bachelors of Masters Degree</li> <li>Recruiting experience is a must</li> <li>Knowledge of Rippling HRIS SystemWorking knowledge of US employment law; multi-state or international experience a plus</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Seniority: Mid to Staff Level</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Bay Area, CA or Remote</strong></p> <p><strong>
