About the role
The Role
We are seeking an HCP Sales Evaluator to review and assess HCP-facing Voice AI sales interactions. You’ll work on a flexible schedule, typically averaging 10–20 hours per week, reviewing calls and documenting structured feedback across predefined evaluation criteria.

Identify weak messaging, poor objection handling, or inappropriate sales tactics.
Score calls using defined rubrics and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Flag potential performance or compliance risks.

2–5+ years of experience in pharma sales, medical device sales, or inside/virtual HCP-facing sales roles.
Direct experience communicating with HCPs in a commercial sales context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make clear, precise judgment calls when evaluating sales performance.
Fluency in English.
Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.

About Hippocractic AI
Hippocratic AI presents a platform that develops safety-focused large language models tailored for healthcare settings. The company offers AI agents designed to engage in non-diagnostic, patient-facing tasks such as preoperative preparation, post-discharge follow-up, and chronic-care management. Its architecture is built on a multi-agent system that aims to reduce clinician burden by managing routine patient interactions, while a clinician-driven test framework ensures service readiness. The service includes an “agent store” where licensed clinicians can design and deploy new agents across diverse specialties, and health systems, payers, or providers can deploy them to support outreach and engagement workflows.
