As a Transfer Pricing Manager within the Group Tax squad, you will report directly to the International Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead, taking end-to-end ownership of Monzo’s transfer pricing operations, policies, and documentation.<br>This role is ideal for a qualified accountant or tax advisor looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced fintech environment. We welcome candidates making their first move out of practice, as well as those with previous in-house experience.</p> <p><strong>🔑You’ll play a key role by...</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Transfer Pricing Documentation:</strong> Leading the preparation, maintenance, and ongoing updates of Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) across all operating jurisdictions.</li> <li><strong>TP Policy Design & Implementation:</strong> Assisting in designing, implementing, and updating intercompany pricing policies to support business growth, new product launches, and international expansion.</li> <li><strong>Intercompany Agreements & Operational TP:</strong> Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Treasury to ensure intercompany agreements match economic realities and operational transfer pricing calculations/adjustments are executed accurately.</li> <li><strong>Expansion & Cross-Functional Projects:</strong> Partnering closely with the International Tax Manager and International Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead on key group projects, European expansion initiatives, and cross-border structuring.</li> <li><strong>Audit & Defense:</strong> Serving as a key point of contact for tax authority enquiries and audits relating to transfer pricing matters globally.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Advisory:</strong> Providing clear, pragmatic transfer pricing advice to internal stakeholders across Business, Finance, and Product teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>🤩 We’d love to hear from you if…</strong></p> <ul> <li>You hold a professional qualification: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax advisor (CTA/ADIT or equivalent).</li> <li>You have a strong technical background in transfer pricing.
